Role of Supervisor:
Students will discuss casework and other professional issues in a structured way; Supervisor will assist the supervisee online in clarifying, exploring, thinking, reflecting on feelings and perceptions underlying their work practice. Give clear concise and constructive feedback where appropriate. Facilitate appropriate information, experience, and skill sharing. Supervision can be taken online from supervisors through a zoom call, Whatsapp, or phone calls.
